Ambassador Bonnie Jenkins is the Founder and Executive Director of Women of Color Advancing Peace, Security and Conflict Transformation (WCAPS). She is a Nonresident Senior Fellow, Brookings Institution Chair, Committee on Radioactive Sources, National Academy of Sciences Lead, Women in National Security Law, ABA Law and National Security Women Building Peace Council Member, USIP
