Equity and Access in Digital Mental Health

Nicole Martinez, JD, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Stanford Center for Biomedical Ethics. She received her law degree from Harvard Law School and her doctorate in social sciences at University of Chicago. Dr. Martinez is a bioethicist and social scientist. Her research includes the ethical, legal and social implications of artificial intelligence, digital health and new technologies in health care, such as the impact on issues of privacy, equity and bias, as well as mental health policy.
